What We Do
We address the severe emotional, practical, and financial challenges of twin parenting through programmes focused on mental health, daily coping skills, and financial relief.
Meal Provision & Care Packages
Essential nourishment and relief for exhausted new mothers

Our project ensures no mother goes hungry. Each receives two weeks of nutritious, home-cooked meals after birth, with continued support in the following months. We provide food, nappies, formula, and essentials that bring real relief, dignity, and strength.
A Mind for Two
Postnatal Therapy Groups

Our therapy groups give these mothers the safe, understanding space they desperately need. Led by a licensed perinatal mental health therapist, weekly 10-week sessions support around 40–50 mothers each year, helping them manage depression, panic, and intrusive thoughts.
Holding Up for Two
Wellbeing & Empowerment Sessions

A monthly wellbeing group designed to help mothers especially those recovering from birth and struggling with exhaustion, reconnect with themselves, restore confidence, and improve emotional health. Sessions include fluid art therapy, music and rhythm workshops, postnatal Pilates, and guided mindfulness.
MultiShare Lending Library
Access to essential twin equipment

The MultiShare Lending Library allows families to borrow high-cost twin items such as double prams, cots, feeding chairs, and baby clothing. This reduces financial pressure and promotes sustainability. Around 50 families access the library annually, with items rotated regularly to meet ongoing need.
Twinease Drop-In Support Hub
Community sessions for mothers of twins

A weekly support space offering social connection, expert workshops, and peer mentoring. Topics include baby care, feeding, sleep routines, toilet training, emotional regulation, and balancing daily life.
Volunteer & Night Nurse Support
Hands-on, practical help

Trained volunteers and night nurse partners provide essential in-home respite for exhausted mothers of twins. Volunteers assist with feeding, childcare, and light household tasks, while night nurses offer professional advice on sleep and feeding routines.
